Ashley Beachkofski joined 91暗网 Builders in 2024 as a Union Carpenter and quickly transitioned into the role of Safety Coordinator, where she now helps promote and maintain a culture of safety across 91暗网's active jobsites. Drawing from her hands-on field experience, Ashley works closely with project teams to support safe work practices, training, and compliance while helping ensure every employee returns home safely at the end of the day.

Ashley began her construction career through a pre-apprenticeship program in 2015 and has built experience across a variety of commercial construction projects, including work in carpentry, concrete formwork, casework installation, and wood framing. She completed a four-year apprenticeship through the Northern California Carpenters Training Committee and has continued to expand her leadership and safety expertise through industry training, mentorship programs, and union leadership opportunities. Her dedication to the industry earned her recognition as the 2024 Apprentice of the Year.

Outside of work, Ashley is passionate about supporting and developing the next generation of skilled trades professionals. Her journey from apprentice to safety leader reflects her commitment to continuous learning, leadership, and creating a safer construction industry for everyone.
